Actress Navya Loses Nine Lakhs in Flat Deal
Actress Navya Nair has lost Rs nine lakhs as she got trapped in a fake flat deal here and the police have registered a case of cheating against the builders based on her complaint.
The complaint is that the owners' of 'Shwas Homes Ltd', a construction company here, approached the actress offering a three bedroom flat for Rs 23,93,600 in their new flat named 'Mistic Heights' in Thrippunithara. The actress signed an agreement for the same and paid Rs 9, 60, 000 in advance.
But later she knew that the 'Shwas Homes Ltd' had failed to secure the construction permit and lodged a complaint in police. Meanwhile, the owners of 'Shwas Homes Ltd' identified as Sreeni Parameshwaran and Shaji Ayyappan filed an anticipatory bail plea in connection with the case.

Hi Viewers/Anupama,This is Chief Manager,Customer Care Department,Shwas Homes.This is a Clarification to the Allegations.First of All I would Clarify the Background.Actress Navya Nair had Booked a Flat in Our Building at Vyttila.She had to pay amounts as per Construction Schedule.She was a Regular Defaulter in payment and had to pay lot of amount to Shwas homes as per the Schedule.Since she was a Defaulter,we had to cancel the flat as per the Agreement and we Reallotted the same to another.Due to the said reason she took Vengeance against M/S Shwas Homes by filing Bogus Complaints against the Managing Directors of Shwas Homes. This Case was Already Dismissed by the Court finding that this is a Fake and Bogus Complaint filed by Actress Navya Nair against M/S Shwas Homes .This matter was dismissed in 2008 itself by the court.Moreover Now Criminal Compalint has been initiated by M/S Shwas Homes for Damages and for Prosecution, against the Actress Navya Nair in the Judicial Magistrates Court Ernakulam and the case is pending .Hence the matter which was already Dismissed in 2008 Beginning itself has been shown in this Site by hiding the Truth,inorder to confuse all and to pressurise us and make us to withdraw the criminal complaint pending against Actress Navya Nair.One More Fact is that Now She is Requesting Shwas to Give Back the Flat and She is Offering us the Balance payments now.She has Claimed for the said Flat in Civil Court also by filing a civil case.Even the Courts are Against Her.Any Body can enquire that.Shwas is always fair.The Customers are our Strength.The News is without Proper Enquiry and Something Fishy also on that.The Act of Web Site/ID Holder is Highly Unfair and the Web Site has given the News without Proper Enquiry which is Clearly illegal and unjust,which also invite Legal Proceedings against them.Kindly Avoid that.If any Problems exist,why She Wants the Flat Back?Hence be Fair on Every News.This is a request to all the Viewers and particularly to Anupama who has posted this Fake Old News.NB:For Generating Reputation and Name,it takes Years.But its Easy to Spoil anybody with Fake and Bogus News.
